THE PROCESS
Requirement analysis and briefing
This first step involves meeting with the client to understand their vision, preferences, budget, and timeline. Omega uses this opportunity to gather as much information as possible to tailor their approach accordingly.
Based on the initial consultation, Omega’s team begins to develop design concepts. This often includes mood boards, sketches, and preliminary space planning to present various options and ideas to the client.
Once the client reviews the initial concepts, feedback is incorporated to refine the design. This stage may involve several iterations to finalize materials, color schemes, and furniture layouts.
After the design is finalized, detailed drawings and specifications are prepared. These include electrical layouts, plumbing schematics, and structural modifications if necessary. This phase ensures that the design complies with all relevant codes and regulations.
Omega handles the procurement of all materials, furniture, and fixtures. They coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure high-quality elements are sourced within budget.
Omega oversees the construction phase, coordinating with contractors and craftsmen to ensure the design is executed accurately and efficiently. Regular site visits are conducted to monitor progress and make any necessary adjustments.
This phase involves the fitting of all fixtures, furniture, and decorative elements. Omega’s team manages the installation to ensure every aspect of the design is realized to the client’s satisfaction.
Upon completion, a final walkthrough is conducted with the client to ensure everything is completed to their satisfaction. Any snagging issues are addressed before the final handover.
